The prices are indicative and are per person per night in double occupancy, including a delicious breakfast. In the morning we serve creative breakfast dishes, fair-trade coffee, eggs from free-range chickens and fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden.

Use all public transport in South Tyrol with a single ticket. That sounds too easy to be true? Not at all, because with the Mobilcard you can make unlimited use of all participating means of transport in the interconnected system.

The STADELE has a total of 8 brand-new rooms, each dedicated to a favourite spice of chef and cook Matthias. The directly adjacent restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and will, we can promise, be a culinary experience. There is a garden with a LAKE, which is exclusively available to hotel guests. In the basement of the restaurant there is a small bar and a shop with the best products from the area.

Making a contribution to the environment is very important to us. That is why we use zero-waste body care products in the rooms, do without unnecessary packaging, flush the toilets with rainwater and carefully select products and raw materials.

In addition, we offer parking spaces in our underground car park with e-charging stations. Leave your car there, in order to start a tour by bus.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: Cancellations terms:
• Cancellation until 14 days before the day of arrival: free of charge;
• Cancellation from 13 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price;
• In case of early departure or late arrival or no-show: 80% of the agreed current price for every day not used. The deposit paid for confirmation will be offset against the cancellation fees.

Payment conditions: The Hotel bill can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash (max. 4.999 €).

Let's play it safe together: Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans.
To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation with the insurance.

We are a small guesthouse. For this reason, the reception is not always occupied. We therefore ask you to inform us of your arrival time at least one day before your arrival. Your room will be ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11 am.
